I realize that decisions involving real estate are some of the largest financial decisions you will ever make. That makes these decisions both exciting and stressful. I specialize in guiding you through these exciting and sometimes stressful times. I do this by educating you up front and preparing you for the home buying or selling process. Twist and turns sometimes happen. But they don't have to be a surprise. I'm here with you every step of the way. I know that I can't succeed in this business unless you as my client are happy. GET PREQUALIFIED

My clients start by getting pre-qualified for a home through a reputable lender. Having a pre-qualification letter shows sellers that you’re serious, which can give you additional leverage at the negotiation table.

Step 2

BOOK CONSULT

From there, we’ll have our first consultation, where I’ll get to better know what you’re looking for in a home, how much you’re looking to spend, and everything in between. This is a great time for us to get to know each other and for you to ask any questions you may have about the process moving forward

INTAKE FORM

Our intake form goes over all of the important information we need to get started. It only takes around five minutes to complete, and it will make sure we know exactly what you are looking for.

Step 4

FIND THE ONE

Next, I’ll get to work for you immediately—using my vast network of resources to search current and up-and-coming listings. We’ll schedule tours and open houses at your convenience, and I’ll be there to guide you through each property.

Step 5

LEARN TO NEGOTIATE

At the negotiation table, I’ll work tirelessly to get you the best deal on your chosen property and ensure that your best interests are being represented right away. It’s also important that you go into this process fully educated. This workshop will help you navigate the negotiation process like a pro.
