Case Study - Rossmoor, CA

This sale was a special one with several deadlines we had to hit. My wonderful Seller's had their eyes set on a new construction property in a 55+ community. After testing a higher price that an Appraiser told them they could get we had some deadlines quickly approaching. They needed to get into escrow or miss out on their new construction purchase.
